The purpose of the FITE Board of Directors is to work on the development of the FITE's activities and to take certain decisions, for example: to improve the rules, develop new practices, validate the organization of championships, etc.

The Board meets three times per season. To be eligible, the member application must be supported by its National Equestrian Tourism Organism (NETO) of affiliation. Each mandate lasts for 4 years.
